New York City Events by Alex Denim organizes parties, live shows, networking events, private events, and VIP table reservations at nightlife venues across New York City. We also provide event invitations, updates, and reminders via SMS and social media outlets to opted-in guests.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier.
We are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery due to carrier issues.

All reservations and ticket purchases are subject to availability and venue policies.
Private events and table reservations are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur at third-party venues.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Kings County, New York, USA.
